Situated on over 700 acres and only 10 minutes from “The Crossroads” in Cashiers, Trillium currently offers homesites from less than $100k and homes from the $300’s. If you are initially undecided as to what type or size home you want to buy, there are rentals available in Trillium. It might be smart to rent for a year until you have a better idea of what you ultimately want in a home.
